SAND DUNES RESORT is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH in the beautiful section of Myrtle Beach known as the "GOLDEN MILE", the quieter section which is perfect for family vacations, beaching, shelling, walking and relaxing. CENTRALLY LOCATED, anything you could possibly want to see or do on THE GRAND STRAND is just a short drive away!

Condo 1805 is a LUXURY 3-Bedroom OCEAN VIEW CONDO located on the 18TH FLOOR with BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEWS from THE LARGE BALCONY which is accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. The condo has Vinyl Plank flooring throughout, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. This unit will SLEEP UP TO 10 PEOPLE with a KING BED in the master and 2 double beds in each of the other bedrooms. This condo has a LARGE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with pots, pans and any dinnerware you will need for those days when you just want to cook and dine in. Plus there is a WASHER/DRYER LOCATED WITHIN THE CONDO so you can keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use during your stay.

SAND DUNES RESORT FEATURES MANY OCEAN FRONT AMENITIES! Enjoy the beach, large pool, lazy river, splash station & kiddie pool which are all located ocean front! Relax at the indoor pool or indoor jacuzzi. (NOTE: WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE SAND DUNES ONSITE RENTALS. THE WATER PARK AND FAMILY FUN ZONE LOCATED NEXT DOOR ARE PRIVATELY OWNED AND WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS.) Browse the gift shop & convenience store, work out in the exercise room or get a manicure at the on-site salon. Try The River City Cafe, located in front of the resort, which is known for some of the best burgers on the beach!!

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. "We loved this condo! The location to the beach was great! Loved the pizza and ice cream shop. Views were great! Very well stocked kitchen. The only complaint is they leave the sheets for you and you have to make all the beds up. After traveling all day this was the last thing we wanted to have to do. It wouldn’t stop me from staying just a small pain.

"Updated unit was very nice, had everything we needed! Mostly a very good week stay, but the excessive no use for 2-3 nights prevents me from giving great rating. We are, by far, NOT prudes and welcome some nightcap tunes...just not past midnight and in to 1:30-2am. We called when there were at least 3 other rooms cranking explicit lyrics etc. Families shouldn’t have to tolerate that and management needs to address promptly, instead of blowing us off as they did.

"This would have been a 5 star rating.. the room was exactly like the pictures and we were able to use theindoor pool just like they said.( It is an older hot/pool nothing super fancy). everything was going great until the 5th day of our trip. The unit above us started sawing or drilling something.. this went on for 2 hours . I called the front desk and the ocean breeze people.. no one can do anything about the noise .. the 6th day it went on from 10 am until 3:30pm.. I understand they can't stop people from working on their own private places but this is not a small sound it's so loud you can't stand to be in the room.and there is nothing anyone would do.. no offers to change rooms no discount nothing ..we just stayed out of our room that day. But it was pretty rough because we wanted to rest on our last day and couldn't be in the room.. just wanting peope to know no matter what happens you're kinda on your own.. just a warning .only other thing I didn't like was having to call for my code to get into the room. They didn't send me emails on time like it said they would.. all in all good trip good prices ..

"This property is outstanding. This 18th floor, 3 bedroom condo was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and very inviting with a wonderful view of the ocean from the living room and bedrooms. We have stayed at this property several times and love it. New appliances and furniture with a tv in every room, Oh yeah, the ocean and a great beach are just downstairs (that several elevators are quick to get you there). It is really close to all our favorite restaurants. The staff is quick to answer any questions you might have. If they aren't available, they call right back. This last trip was in the off-season (our first at this time) and it was nice that during this pandemic, we were not afraid while at the beach or in any restaurant to have people too close.

"The rental itself was updated, and clean. We had to make our own beds because of covid which was understandable that all linens were wrapped for safety reasons. When we unwrapped two sets of sheets they both had hairs on them. Long wavy red hairs. Also did not like that we were not permitted to use the River City cafe pool and lazy river since we booked with Home Away. We were told that was not part of our package. Luckily the weather was nice and we weren’t worried about the pools since we were there for the beach. Do not have an opinion on the property management since we did not see them the entire time we were there. Only major complaint was there were lots of people on the beach and around our rooms smoking pot on their balconies. So heavily some times we could not sit out in our balcony. Was there with small children so we did not appreciate that.

"Excellent place to stay, extremely cozy with an excellent view. Right on the ocean, literally a elevator ride down from the excellent view and a 15 second walk to the sand. The bedrooms were great in size, large kitchen and dining room area, with a beautiful open floor plan that flows from the kitchen to the dining room then to the living room and then to the balcony view. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the beautiful view. An excellent stay we would definitely recommend and come back!

"A great family get-away on the beach. This condo was very nice, well appointed in a great location. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation! "The bed was very comfortable and I did like the way it was decorated. The appliances were dated. The view was ok but we were looking out over other buildings-not an unobstructed view of the beach. We could find no carts upon arrival and had to carry all of our things to the room ( I have had shoulder surgery and that was difficult.) Master bath was very small. We were denied access to the “water park” because of who we booked through. The pool we had access to was small. We were never able to use it because each time we went down, it was too full-no open chairs. Very disappointing.

Awesome Family Vacation

"The condo was very spacious for my family and I. The view was absolutely amazing. There was construction going on in the condo right next to us and above us so being woke up at 7am from drilling made the mornings super horrible. The weather was cold our first 3 days but all in all a great place will definitely rent again.

"Great location. Love walking right out onto the beach. Wish there had been some umbrellas by the pool.
The condo was perfect for us.Just the right size for 4 adults and 4 children.
Was disappointed the water park out front was not open to us because we did not rent through the resort.
Other than that it was clean and comfortable. Would visit again.

"The condo is decorated beautifully, we had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. The condo is close to shopping and food. The parking garage is a little tight, but if you go to the upper levels you shouldn't have a problem. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
