This OCEAN VIEW condo which is on the 4TH FLOOR is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED approximately 20 blocks south of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach and 1.8 miles to the Myrtle Beach Airport. You can sleep up to 4 people with a KING BED in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with everything you would need for dining in on those days when you just want to relax at the beach.

With an AMAZING OCEAN VIEW from the BALCONY of this beautiful condo, you can enjoy East Coast sunrises while sipping your morning coffee and listening to the sound of seagulls singing and the the ocean waves crashing upon the beach below you. You may even spot a school of dolphin playing!!

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.

Great Family Times at the Beach

"We had a fantastic time at this location. Arrival was fantastic, with the company providing the entry codes timely. No issues with the condo and we were able to access right at the given time. The pools were in great shape and had quick access to the beach. The NY Pizza place and bar in the hotel was a luxury. Great to just grab a pizza and on-the-go drink and return to the room. The trash chute being at the end of the hall was great, rather than having to go all the way down to a dumpster like other resorts. Parking at the tower was minimal, but we were able to find parking next door at the non-oceanfront villas easily. Only had to use the structure once. Checkout was easy as well and communication about all the steps in the process was well-communicated. Would definitely make a return trip.

Nice for the Price

"The condo was nice. The only thing I had Ana issue with was that room just felt damp. Not sure if it was from the temperature that week during my stay but the room was cold but wet feeling. Other than that the space was nice and functional.

5 Days of Myrtle Beach

"My husband and I had a great time once we checked in and learned the layout of the premises. It was very hot and humid when we arrived and after a 12 hour drive my stress level was high. But once we got into the cool and comfortable condo, with the nice view, we relaxed a bit and everything turned out wonderful. Very nice resort in an excellent location, on the beach with 3 pools, just loved it.

Quick getaway

"This unit was perfect for a weekend away. Right on the beach with a nice view from balcony. Unit was clean, king size bed was pretty comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Parking garage is about a half block away, but not really an issue. 3 outdoor and one indoor pool was nice. Only downside, attached restaurant does not serve alcohol. Also, don’t buy anything from convenience store across the street...way overpriced. There’s a Walmart grocery around the corner or target is like 10 minutes away.

Bugs, Thread Count & Humid

"First of all, the owner should take a bit more pride in the condo. The thread count on the sheets was poor. Rough and uncomfortable. Secondly they only left us 2 pillows so we had to buy more and pillow cases. I gave them to the nice lady a few doors down because I was not leaving them for the owner since they clearly are too cheap to spend a few bucks on anything. The AC was loud and did not pull humidity out of the air very well. Needless to say we will not be repeat vacationers here. The gaps in the doors allowed bugs to get in as well. My wife was not happy. My recommendation is spend around the same but go to Panama City Beach Florida, much better accommodations.

"The condo was much smaller than it appeared in the photos on VRBO. It was overall clean, however some details lacked i.e. dirty bottom of shower curtain. The location was great, right on the beach which made it convenient. The parking was great, they gave free parking passes and the lot was right across the street.

Myrtle Beach

"The Bluewater resort is an older property but kept very clean and right on the beach. Was disappointed that the snack bar/ bar was not open outside. No place to grab a snack or drink without going off the beach. Garage parking was great

We had an issue with the lock on the door to the condo upon arrival. The condo had been vacant three days so not sure why it was not fixed prior to arrival. Waited over 2 hours for someone to arrive to fix it ( after arriving late afternoon) so could not leave room As door would not lock. When calling to discuss with manager - he never returned our call as requested

Condo was clean but very outdated... towels old and worn out, mattress was a very cheap hotel mattress, furniture and decor a hodge podge of yard sale items.
Saw many other suites on property that were much nicer for the daily rent.

Would strongly recommend Blue water resort but would not recommend this room

Amazing Experience for our Softball/Family vacation!

"Beautiful rental property! Well maintained and clean! Having the wood floor was great to clean up the sand tracked in. Resort was quiet and right off the beach so a great location. Restaurant on property very good but they do not have a liquor license yet. Ice cream , mini mart and Walmart all in walking distance!
