Beautiful two - bedroom two bathroom condo located DIRECT OCEANFRONT on the 14TH FLOOR in the South Tower. When you walk in you feel right at home away from home!

Wood floors, stainless steel appliances ,with marble gray and white counter tops. Master bedroom offers a KING SIZE BED and a pull out couch if you need to keep those little ones close. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. Master bedroom and living room both have 55” TVs. The kitchen has everything you need with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Instead of taking your laundry down to the laundromat, this deluxe suite offers brand new full size front load washer and dryer.

The Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center is located oceanfront in the heart of NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, conveniently located near Barefoot Landing (2 miles away), Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Colonial Mall and Tanger Outlets. Nearby restaurants include Sticky Fingers, Ryan's Steakhouse, Beef-o-Bradys, Joe's Crab Shack, Wild Wing Cafe, River City Cafe, Fire Island Grill, Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesdays, Islamorada Fish Co., Greg Norman's Australian Grill and California Pizza (all within 2 miles).

It is a FULL SERVICE RESORT which includes 3 towers on the oceanfront with amenities galore for you to use during your stay. The resort features 6 outdoor and 8 indoor pools/kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers and numerous whirlpools, arcade room, fitness room, convenience store and gift shop, business center, Blue Room Cafe (fantastic breakfast buffet), Sandtrap Sports Bar & Grill and Fishtails Beach Bar featuring live music throughout the summer.

Go where the locals go! You have MURPHY'S ON THE OCEAN for lunch right on the beach & live music most nights. Next door is SNOOKY'S ON THE OCEAN which has a roof top bar, beach patio & inside dining. Try The "DUCK DIVE" Bar & Grill for a "grove bowl" or the best burger on the beach along with live music on their outside deck several nights per week! A short ride away you will find FILET'S WATERFRONT right on the intracoastal waterway, CLARKS SEAFOOD & CHOPHOUSE on Coquina Harbor or COOPERS TAVERN on Rt 17 which is a brand new undiscovered gem!

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. "This condo was perfect for a family of 5. The living room space is a bit small but the sleeping areas are spacious. The unit was exactly as pictured and clean. The pools at the resort are very well maintained as well. (Though it would be helpful for the codes to the gates from the beach to the pool to be shared with renters.) We will be staying again!

"The unit was perfect property indoor pools, hot tub, restaurant, parking everything was at a high-quality. If anything a couple of pull bars near the bathroom tubs would make it easier getting in and out them them. Checking in and that was a breeze.

Winter Retreat

"My husband and I stayed at this condo for a monthlong getaway from winter. The location is fantastic! Balcony and view are wonderful! We enjoyed having the large primary bedroom (it has a couch), which allowed us each to have our own space occasionally highly suggest that the owner provides some basic supplies to get you started - toilet paper, soap, cleaners, etc. It seems a little cheap that NOTHING is provided. Also for a long term stay like ours, the living room furniture is not very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with this location!

"Was a very nice condo, beautiful ocean view, friendly people all around complex. The AC quit working on Tuesday, I called around 7pm. Was told they would inform maintenance and if they were coming that day I would be called if not would be there first thing in morning. No call, was in the high 70’s.front bedroom as no windows or ceiling fan, beach front one has no ceiling fans. Was very uncomfortable to sleep. Next morning, nothing. At 11:30 I called back, was told they were just starting their day . Came around noon, said was frozen, would be back. After several calls, people there, was told unit needed replaced, would be there after homeowner made decision, but we would be kept informed. Several more times people came, they got it running, temporarily they said. It cooled off by 9 pm Wednesday night. We never heard another word from them.

"Condo was in a great location with a great view. Amenities were great with restaurants and bars on the property. Property was very clean.
The check in/out experience was a bit confusing. There are 3 huge buildings and it wasn't clear which building our condo was in and we had to search for it in two different buildings. Also, there were limited unloading/loading parking spaces available.
Overall a great experience.

"We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable. The resort was fun for all ages and offered a lot of amenities. It was in a good location, just a short drive to entertainment. Not many complaints other than the condo lacked bath mats and enough towels for a family of four. The rental company also gave us the wrong location of the condo, so after unloading and going to tower 1, we realized we were supposed to be in tower 3.

"There are many places to eat and play around here, making it a great location to stay in. Despite the fact that it rained for most of our time here and we didn't have much opportunity to go to the beach for water and leisure activities, we found that there were still many indoor activities to enjoy, such as the gym and swimming pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, thanks in part to the comfortable and well-maintained room we stayed in. It was tidy, bright, and provided everything we needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Overall, we would highly recommend staying here again when we come back to the beach. The combination of great amenities, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations make it an ideal choice for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

"Our experience was great. This was the second year in a row that we stayed in this same unit. It was very clean and well maintained, it had all the luxuries of home and I appreciated the linen package. Love all the amenities at this resort especially the Lazy River and Tiki Bar. The people at Ocean Breeze Rental are very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely consider staying in this unit again if we decide to return to Myrtle Beach in the future.

"When you walk in to the condo, you are immediacy greeted with that vibe as if you are in someone’s home, not just a hotel. From the pictures and signs on the wall to the Keurig, I felt like I was at home. The owner has great taste in decorating. The shiplap wall is one of my favorite parts. The ocean front view was breath taking each morning and evening. Not to mention the view of all of the pools, hot tubs and lazy river. The beds sleep great, especially if you leave the balcony door cracked to where you can head the ocean all night. The kitchen has brand new appliances as well as a new washer and dryer. My family and I really didn’t need anything else, it was a great experience. We have found our vacation spot for the next several years. We will definitely be booking this condo year after year. This condo is located very close to barefoot landing which is great, I really can’t give any advice or recommendations to the owner as I was 100% satisfied with the entire week. I love the sign “I love you to the beach and back” in the master bedroom. I wanted to steal it. ;)

"Great stay in Bay Watch for the month of January. Excellent condo and property plus the weather was pretty good for January. Everyone we met in the condo was very friendly as well as all the staff of BW. Especially the staff who works in the Sand Trap sports bar.

I do have one recommendation for the property owner that they replace the king size bed in the master bed room. The mattress was old and had no firmness as we would sink down in which forced us both to the middle of the bed. We ended up going sleeping in the other bed room.

"Love the Bay Watch. This room was pretty nice. Just myself and my best friend. Code didn't work on door because maintenance changed it. Had to call office to get it fixed. Would prefer some area rug on the floor, had to wear socks. Appliances, beds, TV's all nice. Plenty of plates and stuff. Will stay here again. Beautiful decor.

We did take your recommendation and have added area rugs/carpet near the kitchen sink and back door balcony, thank you for your suggestion. So glad you had plenty of plates and kitchen items and that you enjoyed the comfort of the beds and TV designs and sizes. Aside from the hiccup with the door hiccup I'm glad that was fixed and you and your best friend enjoyed your stay. Relaxing and quiet.

"We stayed from feb 14 to March 17 2019. The condo was newly decorated with new appliances. It was easy to maintain and very clean. The only thing we would change is the big basket chair for another swivel chair which was very comfortable. The livingroom isn't big but was fine for the two of us. Ocean Breeze were always there to help with any questions we had. Everyone at Baywatch was friendly and has easy access in and out. Baywatch towers could use some upgrading and security a bit more visable. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would return again.

NOT A FAMILY PLACE

"Although the resort offer many family-friendly amenities (multiple pools, restaurants on site), the crowd is not a family crowd. Very loud, very wild, partying late into the night, weed wafting from everywhere, everyone drinking. The pool didn't close until 11 and the bar just as late so it was really loud and impossible to enjoy a quiet evening on the balcony. The common spaces in our building (south tower) smelled like urine. The room itself was nice enough, though the living area was very small and the balcony had this weird jut from an interior wall that broke it up so people really couldn't see each other from one side of the balcony to the other. It was comfortable, however, and I think this is not a reflection of the owner, who did try to make their unit feel like home. It's really the resort. It's not for families with young kids. It's for college kids who want to party and get drunk and smoke weed. We will not return.

"It was a nice place to stay with lots of room for my family and I. Having 2 bathrooms were key for 6 people. The resort was close to great places to eat and putt putt. The beach access was great, however my boys enjoyed the lazy river the most. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit so you did not have to use the public washer downstairs.

"We stayed in this condo the week of fourth of July. It has beautiful views and it was (for the most part) clean however there are a few things that need to be fixed. The remote didn't work (so we bought batteries) The washer left spots on clothes and the dryer took 2-3 cycles before the clothes would dry. Yes, I cleaned the vent) As soon as we checked in the bathrooms had no toilet paper. The condo is nice but could use some TLC.
