This 4th floor OCEAN VIEW CONDO at FOREST DUNES is on CABANA ROW on the GOLDEN MILE, the quieter area of MB which is perfect for family vacations, beaching, shelling, walking and relaxing!

FOREST DUNES is centrally located WITHIN A 5 MINUTE DRIVE TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING you would want to do on the Grand Strand. It is located on the only section of beach that does not allow any buildings to be constructed on the beachfront. Although the resort is located across the street from the beach, there aren't any buildings between it and the beach.

UNIT 401 FEATURES:
OCEAN VIEW - END UNIT is a 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath condo, that is beautiful & spacious with a walkway that goes to the 4th floor of the parking garage.
BALCONY - Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the morning sunrise over the ocean while relaxing in your brand new balcony chairs!
BEDROOM - Relax after a day at the beach on the comfortable KING SIZE BED
KITCHEN - Fully Equipped with full-size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, Dishwasher, and Coffee Maker along with all the utensils, flatware, glasses, pans etc. that would need for those days when you just want to relax at the beach.
LIVING ROOM - Queen Sleeper Sofa & 55" Flat Panel Smart TV with fireplace console.
BATHROOMS: 1.5 Baths!

FOREST DUNES RESORT AMENITIES: There is an indoor pool, hot tub, lazy river (enclosed during the winter), outdoor pool, kiddie pool, arcade, fitness room, onsite pub-style restaurant, laundromat on site and a parking garage. Don't miss the beautiful ocean side exercise trail along the beach!

See award winning live shows at Carolina Opry, The Alabama Theatre, Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times or The House of Blues. "King bed very comfortable. All the kitchen equipment you need. Spacious condo. Loved the lazy river. My 11 yr old loves the pool areas. Amazing access to parking from the condo.

"We checked in to Forest Dunes 401 and were pleasantly surprised. The location in relation to the parking deck top level and walkway was awesome. The room was clean. Everything seemed to work properly, with the exception of the outlets...those are the hardest outlets to use that I’ve ever encountered. But my biggest negative would be the number of towels. For a family of 4 staying 7 days, 4 towels and 4 washcloths are not adequate at all. If there were a washer and dryer, it could work...but since there isn’t, that number is simply insufficient. There also needs to be a bath mat; the floor by the shower is very slick when wet and someone could easily be hurt. Positives, again, location, bedroom storage, cleanliness, convenience. DEFINATELY give it two thumbs up!

"The condo was clean and exactly as pictured on line. Kitchen was spacious, and the 1 and 1/2 bathrooms are perfect for a couple. Both can get ready at the same time, no fighting for counter space, mirrors, etc. easy access to the condo from top floor parking, and convenient access to the beach. However no paper products provided, I.e., toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags is a bit inconvenient for tenants who fly in. Car travelers can bring most of what’s needed. Only had to call property mgr once for tv problem. Resolved very quickly. Would definitely book this condo again.

"Very nice location. The condo was nice and cozy. I believe it may not have been rented out as it was a little dusty. No worries I came in sanitizing. The only concern that I have is the bathroom air vents need to be cleaned asap.

"This condo is perfect for a couple to stay. It is super clean, tastefully decorated and you can walk across the street to the beautiful beach! The full kitchen makes it easy to save money by going out less and cooking in. The bed was comfy and having one and a half baths was a nice plus. The dining / living area are a perfect size. Outdoor patio is perfect size. The location is centrally located near many restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this condo to any couple looking for a brief or longterm stay. We stayed for three weeks while looking for a home in Myrtle Beach!

"We stayed for 3.5 months and our stay was just about perfect! The unit felt just like a home away from home. It looks just like the pictures- well decorated and has everything you’ll need! The management company was great, they had quick responses and made sure we had everything we needed. When the coffee maker broke they had a new one to us by the end of the day. Also it was very close to everything we needed. The pool area and bar below were very good. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again.

"This was our first big family vacation. We booked with the owners. We love the location. We liked that we could park on the 4th floor of the parking garage and instantly walk to our room without an elevator. Plus only crossing one street to get to the ocean. It wasn’t a busy street, cars even stopped to let us cross. I loved the patio looking over the pool. The kids really liked the lazy pool as we called it. We were very surprised it came with umbrellas, and beach chairs. Kitchen came with a lot of stuff. (Cooking appliances.) The beach was never busy. We always got a good spot. The condo is as nice being a distance from the town, it is something we prefer now.
