BEACH HIGHLIGHTS:
The beach in front of Sands Beach Club is extra wide and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, shelling, or collecting shark teeth near the Singleton Swash inlet.

BOOKING NOTES:
Must be 25 years or older to rent

Non-smoking condo
Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted
Security deposit of $200.00 is required prior to arrival
Bed linens included; toiletries and paper products are not provided

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully) a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked

Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date evacuation order starts to the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates.

"The condo was very clean had everything we needed loved the view good to sit and watch the ocean and relax. We all enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay there again close to food and shopping.

"Great location! Very clean, kids loved the pool loved the water inlet that comes up on the side of the condo, twisted restaurant on sit was amazing! Also had pizza from on-site place was very good!! Thank you! ❤️☺️ only thing was the pull out couch was not comfy, ( we let the kids sleep there) they did ok there.

"The vies from this condo were AMAZING! You are right on the beach! Access to the beach was very easy. The home was clean and well maintained. We had everything we could ever need. The only negative to the whole experience was the pool and hot tub access. They were hard to find and a good walk from the condo. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

"A wonderful vacation experience dispite some minor disappointments. Foremost was the sliding glass door to the balcony from the living room area...EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE!
Second, the master bedroom bath sink water supply had NO, “0” pressure! Could not even rinse my shaving razor. However, the condo was clean and for the most part wonderful! I truly thank you!

" Sands Beach Club never disappoints. We had a wonderful time with our daughter and 2 of or teenage granddaughters. The property is very clean and well maintained, the pool is perfect for people of all ages. "Renting from ocean breeze is great. Anytime I call to discuss my mental, they are cheerful and eager to help. The location was great and when I had an issue with another renter smoking (it's a smoke free property) the gentleman from the property office took care of it immediately.

A Wonderful Vacation

"This is are second year in a row staying in this condo. We believe that this is the best location in the Myrtle Beach area. It's tucked away between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach and close to everything you could want. But it's secluded and peaceful with no traffic. The condo was spotless and comfortable and we love that it has two bathrooms. The beach is right outside, no long carry of the beach chairs and it's one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. You have parking no more than 50 feet off the elevator, easy loading and unloading. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in this area. Ocean Breeze is a Breeze to work with< they took care of all of my questions when we needed them answered. All of your linen comes wrapped in plastic and clean. Please don't hesitate renting here, you won't be disappointed.

"Just what the doctor ordered! We've stayed in this area several times in the past. Once before in this building, but a different condo. The area is great, and the unit was in great shape. Everything was clean when we arrived and kitchen had more usable items than some have in the past. Overall, loved our stay. Booking, registration,etc, was very easy also, and customer service for making payments, asking questions was great! Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

"We stayed in a great 2 bd/2ba at Sands Beach Club.Only shortfall was no in condo washer/dryer and laundry rooms not well equipted. Gym okay but machines not constantly working and indoor pool no heater one day.

"This condo lived up to all the great reviews. Our stay was for ten nights so not having a washer and dryer concerned me. It turned out not to be a big deal. Our view was spectacular. The condo was very clean and well decorated. I would absolutely stay there again!

"We had a wonderful week. The condo was recently remodeled and was beautifully decorated. Very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect. Liked that it was at the end of Shore Drive and next to the swash. Family enjoyed searching for seashells and shark teeth in the swash. The beach was wide and there was plenty of space. Almost felt like your own private beach. Reservation process, check in, and check out was so easy. Looking forward to staying there again next year.
