Escape to the beach at this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 3rd floor condo located on N. Ocean Blvd, DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH. Sit on the balcony and take in the most AMAZING BEACH & OCEAN VIEWS. Enjoy the East Coast sunrises while having your morning coffee on the balcony. The condo will SLEEP UP TO 5 PEOPLE with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed plus a twin bed. There are 2 full bathrooms plus a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN that is supplied with everything you would need for those days when you just want to relax and dine in. For your convenience, the condo comes equipped with a WASHER/DRYER within the condo to help keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use at the beach. Bask in the sun around the large pool.

OCEAN TERRACE is located in the tranquil & humble community of Cherry Grove in the city of North Myrtle Beach. Within walking distance is MURPHY'S ON THE OCEAN, an oceanfront bar & grill that has an amazing oceanfront deck to dine on & listen to live music or right next door , is SNOOKY'S ON THE OCEAN which has a roof top bar, beach patio & inside dining. There is also Basil's pizza which has some of the best pizza in the area! Try The "DUCK DIVE" Bar & Grill for a "grove bowl" or the best burger on the beach along with live music several nights per week! Go where the locals go, FILET'S WATERFRONT right on the intracoastal waterway, CLARKS SEAFOOD & CHOPHOUSE on Coquina Harbor or COOPERS TAVERN on Rt 17 which is a brand new undiscovered gem!

Right in Cherry Grove, you will find bike, golf cart, moped rentals, plus a miniature golf course and several gift shops. When you want to venture out a little, highway 17 is full of restaurants, shops and miniature golf.

BAREFOOT LANDING, a 15 minute drive away, is right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Explore casual restaurants like Lucy Buffett's Lulu's to Greg Norman's fine dining, souvenir shopping to high end purchases, entertainment, attractions, free events and rides for the children. Take in a live show at The Alabama Theater, House of Blues or experience Alligator Adventure!

"This is the third time we have stayed in this condo. We love the location and the beach view. It is furnished well and has comfortable seating. The only thing that really needs updated is the clothes dryer. It is very loud and takes too long to dry clothes. Other than that, we love staying here and highly recommend this condo.

A little fishing trip

"Very nice place to stay. A little outdated, but nice and clean. I wish the upstairs neighbors had felt under their chiropractor legs to help with the noise of screeching going across the floor, but at least they stopped at a decent hour. Would definitely stay there again!

"We enjoyed our vacation here. The condo has a lot of space for family of four. Comfortable furniture in the living room. The beds are a little uncomfortable, but we are used to a soft mattress. Great view on the balcony and easy to get on the beach. It was a cool week, but we took advantage of the beach. Lots of walks! Would recommend this condo.

"I'm giving the place five stars because we were pretty satisfied with everything. There are some minor things we didn't feel needed to be reported but if we did, I am confident would have been taken care of. Such as: ceiling fans needed cleaning, the toaster needs to be replaced and one of the wall hangings needed a better nail on which to hang. Everything else was 5-star.

"A great space for an awesome long weekend! Furnishings were comfortable (twin bed was on the hard side), kitchen was adequate to our needs, location was great, view was awesome!!! Things were a little dated, but very comfortable. Bathroom flooring needs to be updated - serviceable, but doesn't look clean as a result of wear. Great space, and we would definitely rent again!!! Would also recommend to family & friends.

Great location and accomadations

"This unit is across the street from the ocean with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Unit was clean, nicely furnished with everything you could need for your stay except toilet paper and paper towels, so you might want to bring some with you. I will definitely stay here again. There is Barnacles, IGA and Bolineaus within walking distance (2 blocks), ice cream and burgers on the next block corner. Had a great time.

"Loved our stay at this unit...Sitting on balcony watching and listening to ocean was amazing...Unit, complex, and pool were very clean and well maintained. Property Mgmt was easy to work with, only issue we had was stove did not work upon arrival, they notified me prior to our arrival...Mgmt had someone out that day to look at it, and was fixed next day. We were party of 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and everyone loved the unit, location, pool, etc...I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent unit with ocean view, pool, and convenient location/driving distance to everything...Thank you to the owner and property management!!!

"The Condo (E3) was very nice and cozy. Couldn't have asked for anything else to be in there. Internet, cable and ice maker in good working condition. Didn't have dishsoap, dishrag or dishtowel. Had to buy them. Did bring my toiletries and extra trash bags. Everything else was furnished. Asked twice about the advertised hottub and was told yes they had one. NO THEY DON'T. Pool was very cold, so couldn't get in. Parking very crowded and not really for fullsize trucks and large SUV,s. Parking spaces are not marked for the unit, so guests and people from other unit next door took up some spaces. Great view from the balcony to see the ocean. Did find a dirty washrag in second bathroom when checking in. Also the keypad code didn't work and had to call for a new one. Overall would stay again but try a different unit for a better ocean view, (E2 instead of E3).

"Clean enough. Also didnt feel like we would mess anything up. I would recommend for families. There is a sneak $35 charge that they throw at you 3 days before you arrive for insurance OR you can have them draft $500 from your account to return when they deem its ok. Felt like a hostage. Would have been fine if they just included it up front. NONE OF THE SMOKE DETECTORS WORKED. NONE. Seemed very dangerous in a mid-rise stick built. Thought that was crazy. Only Cable TV in one bedroom worked. Was a pain for kids. Wifi worked great. Fix the smoke det. and cable issues and I recommend for families. Right across from beach. Walk to restaurants and pier.

"Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Love this area because of its more relaxed feel and less commercial environment. The condo was perfect for four adults and beach was ten steps away. The location is perfect with groceries and restaurants within five minute walk.

Our Stay in E3 Ocean Terrace

"The view from E3 at Ocean Terrace is the only thing we would recommend about this condo. This condo is old, has not been updated and when we stayed there it was dirty. First, the AC wasn’t working and the technician worked several hours to repair it while we sat in sweltering heat. We bought a sweeper and one run on the dirty living room carpet nearly filled the sweeper can. There was no waste basket so we used the sweeper box. We didn’t use the washer/dryer, stove or dishwasher but the refrigerator seemed to work properly.

"When we arrived, only one set of keys in the lock box worked. We had to share one set of keys between 3 adults. The condo was very dirty. There was dust all over everything. The ceilings, fans, furniture etc. The clothes dryer was full of water. I still haven’t figured that out?!? There was a major water leak under the kitchen sink. All in all, we could have stayed at a much nicer place for the same amount of money. I won’t ever stay there again.

"We arrived and the place was not clean. Crumbs in the cabinets, Not one dish towel or rag available. All pots and pans were old and the Teflon was peeling off. Had to wash the sheets on the bed due to old stains in them. The bathroom ceiling is falling down and the bathtub/shower was not sturdy. The couch smelledof body order. The only good thing about this place is the location.

"Clean property with everything we needed for our stay. Although not directly on the beach it offered an excellent view of the beach and there is an access to the beach directly across the road from our building. The building was very quiet when we were there, although the parking area was full of cars. It was well located for our needs. The elevator and stairs offered very good access to our unit and there are luggage carts. Balcony was great and offered morning sun and a great view of beach.

"Had our first ever sisters weekend and this condo was perfect for our visit. The location is terrific - quick walk to the beach or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful beach view. "My family of four loved this condo and the beach and Cherry Grove. The condo was very clean, had plenty of space for my wife, myself, our 12 year old son, and our 4 year old daughter. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms meant we weren't running over the top of each other. We also made some delicious meals in the well appointed kitchen. Our favorite part was definitely the balcony. You could see and hear the waves. It was very relaxing. We will definitely reserve this unit for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

"I was recently in the unit for a girls weekend with 2 other ladies. The unit was as shown in pictures. Furnishings could use an update, but are in good condition. The lockbox proved to be the most challenging aspect to master. It could use a tiny hook to hang the keys on inside the lockbox, so the keys don't keep blocking the closing/opening of the lockbox. We never found a parking pass, but made our own and didn't get towed. I would definitely stay here again! The proximity to the beach was awesome, as was the view from the balcony!

"This is a nice family vacation rental. My family enjoyed the location and layout of the rental. I would've given 5 stars but there were a few issues: Wi-Fi code did not work, hair and used cloth in tub, cigarette lighter on floor in bathroom, smoke alarm went off as we were departing and some of the popcorn ceiling started failing as we were leaving.
Please be advised, when the balcony door is open it causes the front door to slam hard. It slammed 2 of my fingers in the door.
As others stated, the cleaning crew needs to do a better job. However it was a great stay!

"I believe the whole building needs a better janitorial staff, the hallways and elevator need a good scrubbing, as far as our room, there were dirty towels in the wash, dirty sheets on one of the beds and dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the ceiling fan in the bedroom has about an inch of dirt on it, I cleaned the lint trap in the dryer that was so thick , i would bet it hasn't been clean in a month, this is a fire hazard! I would recomend that list are provided to guest on what to bring and whats provided IE: dishwasher soap, laundrty detergent etc.

"Location was good and that was the best feature. Everything in the apartment is outdated from the furniture to the literature about the beach. Additionally, it was dirty. Mirrors were still speckled with toothpaste, it was dusty and when I leaned down to plug in the blowdryer, there were condoms behind the dresser. There is nothing there to clean with or even wash a dish. Very disappointing. I called property management earlier about directions, and he was surly, so I did not bother to call again to report conditions.

"The place was in a great location and very accommodating to someone looking for a home away from home instead of a hotel. However, the property management team with Ocean Breeze Beach Vacations was not polite and did not respond to several questions that I had. I was ignored on some things I needed a little help with. Also... the property was not totally clean. Bathrooms were clean, beds were made with fresh sheets, but there was a load of laundry still in the washer, some sand was still in the unit, and the dishes all needed to be cleaned again before use. Overall, I'd stay there again, but the property management group needs a lesson or two on customer service, and the cleaning crew needs to pay closer attention to detail, especially with the dishes. The use of proper supplies/tablets/rinse aid is needed for the dish washer.

"We had a great time! My 2 children ages 6 and 1 1/2. Along with my 22 year old cousin stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minute! "We come to Myrtle a couple of times a year and have in the past used one of the larger companys.
We did a lot of searhing and contacted ocean breeze and after talking with Rose who was the nicest person we have ever dealt with. She was great and we will use ocean breeze from now on.
The condo is a older unit but is very clean and well maintained. Also well equipped and a great
view . Our stay was 9 days and was great.We hope to get this condo on our next trip.

"My friend and I rented this condo for a brief, albeit much needed vacation. For the most part, our stay was positive. Gorgeous living room, good view. The only drawbacks were the beds. The mattresses in the guest bedroom were like granite slabs, and the mattress in the master bedroom was not much better. I understand some folks enjoying sleeping on a firm bed, but these went a bit beyond that. We were grateful for the ceiling fans and we were within walking distance of the IGA.

"The overall experience was good, but there were a few things:

1. The toilet seat in the first bathroom was cracked.
2. We did not find the hot tub until the last day. There was nothing in the condo or paperwork letting us know where it was. We did not realize it was on a separate property.
3. The dishwasher was dirty when we arrived but I washed it.
4. There were 2 pots under the counter that were left dirty but I washed those also.

"When we got to the rental at 4:30pm it was not clean. There was a pile of dirty towels and the beds were as if someone had just gotten out of them. We immediately called the agency and she had a cleaner come over as soon as they were available. When we came back the place was spotless! After that small hiccup the rest of the stay was perfect. This rental is in an awesome spot for beach going and close to Flounders Fish restaurant, which we really liked too. The large IGA is within walking distance and has everything. The a/c in the unit worked great as did the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much!

September Golf Vacation

"We arrived at this rental on Saturday Sept. 6. When we walked in the place was a mess. It had not been cleaned from the previous renters. Dishes in the sink, food in the frig., unmade beds, towels on bathroom floor. It was very unsatisfactory. We called the rental company and told them, they assured us they would have someone over to clean. I expected someone right away since that was a pretty big mistake on their part but after a few hours we had to call the emergency number (office closed by that time) and finally after 9PM someone came to clean the place up. Also the TV didn't work nor the air conditioner. We finally got a working TV on Monday and someone came and put freon in the AC so it worked while we were there.
I would not recommend this property for those reasons. When I show up for a week vacation after driving 9 hours, I want to walk into a vacation rental ready for a week of rest and relaxation.
There are too many properties in NMB for rental for us to have to endure this kind of rental again.

"The rental was just what we needed. We liked the fact that parking was available underneath the building. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit as we have a boat and spent time on it during the day.
