This one bedroom 8th floor condo is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED approximately 20 blocks south of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach and 1.8 miles to the Myrtle Beach Airport. This unit will sleep 6, with two double beds in the bedroom and a large sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a well equipped kitchenette with full size stove and refrigerator.

RESORT AMENITIES include: 2 large outdoor pools and Jacuzzi, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, onsite restaurant, arcade and laundry facilities.** NOTE ** ALL POOLS ARE OPEN EXCEPT THE INDOOR HOT TUB*

You can ENJOY THE BEACH or THE MYRTLE BEACH AREA which features numerous CHAIN & LOCAL RESTAURANTS, GOLF COURSES, SHOPPING and ATTRACTIONS which are within minutes! Take in an unforgettable show at Pirates Voyage or take a ride on the Pirate Ship, The MB Sky Wheel or go dolphin watching on The Sea Screamer!

BAREFOOT LANDING is right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Explore casual restaurants like Lucy Buffett's Lulu's to Greg Norman's fine dining, souvenir shopping to high end purchases, entertainment, attractions, free events and rides for the children. CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.

"Everything about this unit was perfect. Ocean views from 8th floor balcony. Excellent amenities. Great restaurant on ground floor. Secured parking. Wonderful staff and security. Some really nice permanent residents also. Close to events and amusements. Was home away from home in every sense.

"We stayed here several months while working on a project nearby. Everything was perfect! Great location, on the beach, great restaurant on the 1st floor, awesome staff, plenty of amenities including 2 laundries.I personally used the sauna, hot tub and indoor/outdoor pools nearly every evening. Tit for Tat possibly the best dollar value we've ever spent on lodging! Will definitely stay here again if fortunate enough to return to Myrtle Beach!

Great condo for a 2 week stay

"The condo was exactly as pictured. We had scheduled a two week stay for my son for health reasons. And this condo was perfect. Tammy was really quick in responding to any issues. We had no roach issues, and while we were staying the HOA had their scheduled pest control day. It wasn't an issue for us. I loved that our sheets and towels came from a cleaner and were certified and we had to make the beds, but I KNEW the bedding was clean. The facility is incredibly nice, and we had a quiet stay. We were there in the off season, so I can't speak for on season for noise. Thank you Tammy for being so easy to contact and making sure our stay was amazing. I would give this location 5 stars.

"We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The stay was wonderful and the condo was very comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was on our final night, following dinner we were not able to get back into the condo. It was Sunday evening, so nobody was around at the front desk. We tried multiple times, called the emergency phone, and was finally able to get the door open. Apparently, the battery was dying and it was not functioning properly, so we had to stay in the room that evening. That was very disappointing as we planned to spend the final evening on the beach and enjoying it one last time. Instead, we had to stay in the room as we would not have been able to lock/unlock the door.

"This place was amazing. From the communication before after and during the visit. We were in need for nothing. Condo was absolutely amazing, and beautiful. Building was so clean and we could have ate at the restaurant downstairs every night. Absolute perfect location right on the water and right on the strip where everything was! We did not want to leave after 6 days :-(. I am in the process of booking the exact location for next year. Definitely will be our yearly getaway. Highly recommend

"The resort is extremely clean and well taken care of. There are 3 pools, a kiddie pool and a hot tub outside. There’s an inside pool and hot tub and sauna. There are multiple vending machines in the lobby with drinks, snacks and toiletries. There’s a pizza restaurant on the main level and a snack bar outside with food, drinks, ice cream and adult beverages. The area is not that great at night. There are several homeless/druggies around. My husband and I and our small children were threatened walking back from the parking garage one evening. Stay in and on the resort and no problems.
