Purchasing Baywatch 312 has been a blessing for my husband and me. Growing up, the highlight of my summer was the week my parents took my brother and me to Myrtle Beach. We stayed at a friend’s condo for years until Baywatch was built, and then we began staying there.
In 2020, my husband and I decided to purchase a two bedroom condo at North Myrtle Beach and chose Baywatch because of its prime location, beautiful ocean views, numerous swimming pools, and spacious condo floor plans. We have updated the condo by replacing the cabinets, flooring, living room furniture, draperies, bed spreads, and wall art. We have supplied our unit with everything guests may need while on vacation. We even have games, puzzles, and books for kids and adults.
We vacation at Baywatch each spring and fall, ensuring that our condo is clean and everything in working order. Our rental agency, Ocean Breeze Beach Vacations, has been wonderful to work with in maintaining our unit in between our stays. We hope you choose to stay in our condo and enjoy it as much as we do.
