This beautiful condo is located on the 20TH FLOOR with STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS FROM THE BALCONY. Relax to the sounds of the ocean while taking in the colors of the gorgeous East Coast sunrises. With 2 queen beds in the bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit SLEEPS 6 with plenty of room for everyone. The LARGE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has GRANITE COUNTER TOPS and comes with everything you would need for dining in on those days when you just want to relax at the beach. There is also a LARGE walk in shower in the bathroom plus a WASHER/DRYER WITHIN THE CONDO to help keep your swimsuits and beach towels dry everyday. Free WIFI

I didn't want to go home!

"Everything was PERFECT! ONLY thing that wasn't in room as promised was laundry detergent, but we had purchased some at store once we landed from our flight on our way to the room. Typically, I am ready to come home by Thursday, but I didn't want to come home from this trip. Your place is beautiful and well kept. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you. We will definitely rent again. Upon arrival we stopped at the front desk to ask a couple of general questions and the gentleman was very rude and said that the office is not affiliated with our rental and there shouldn't be any need for us to stop in the office again because they can't help us. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Wonderful Myrtle Beach vacation

"This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach. I looked at many options before choosing this one. The unit was well maintained and clean. Being on the 20th floor was not a problem as we never waited long for one of the three elevators. Being right on the beach was a huge plus for us as we walked the shoreline daily. It is a pleasant walk from the busy area of Myrtle Beach. The parking ramp is a block away, secure, and easy in/easy out. There are many restaurants nearby. The layout was really nice. The amenities were in fine shape. The kitchen was set up nicely with everything we needed. The management company provided good entry and departure instructions. I'd recommend this property to any of my friends.

"My husband and I were in need of a vacation with total relaxation. This was a place that that happened. We didn’t even take a call. We used Uber. Everything was close by and the facility was in perfect condition. The change over from a tub to a brand new shower was delightful. I would recommend this to anybody. I would be back next year except the Ona wanted to have it a few of our days. whoever gets this facility, you are getting a dream.

Well run facility

"We spent a month here and weren’t disappointed. The views are great and the property well located to venture throughout the strand. Looks like new flooring in all areas but the living room and a great shower area. The resort itself is well run as they were paining the entire exterior of building during our stay, preventatively spraying for insects and they actually had a sniffer dog come through to check for bed bugs. Drawbacks include lack of a smart TV, intermittent failure of Wifi and creaky beds (but we did sleep well). Would definitely return as a couple.

"We had a great time, the rental was clean, only thing we didn’t care for was seeing some roaches come up out of the drain in the kitchen, and it was loud all week when workers were banging in the room above us and all the construction going on all all wee didn’t make it really relaxing at the pool. "The views from the balcony were great. The rental was nice and spacious for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Remember to bring paper products and cleaning supplies. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. The location was great for lots of options on walking distance for food, tourist shopping, and entertainment. The Sea Captains Restaurant is a short walk an excellent seafood! The staff were so friendly, easy to communicate with and happy to help. Overall a fantastic place to stay when in Myrtle Beach!

"The rental was exactly how the website described. It provided everything. It needed for a week's stay, clean, spacious, balcony view was relaxing. Had the opportunity to visit Broadway, Boardwalk, and Barefoot Landing, also Spring Bike week started toward the end of our week. Lots of food places to choose from, tried a small eatery called Mike's Soul Food, it was really good. I would highly recommend this
location to family and friends for either a week stay or weekend getaway.

"We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Week at this rental. We were very pleased with the room size & amenities. The washer/dryer was a deal breaker for us & we utilized them. Learning how to lock/unlock the door was tricky but we finally figured it out. The only negative was the distance to the parking garage. It’s not “across the street” as described but in fact it’s an entire block back. Our concerns was weather (rain) & safety.

"Everything was mostly great. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The only issues were that the carpet was cleaned the day before we arrived and was very wet for two days. Also, the instructions said that the pool bands and parking pass would be in the unit. After making calls and asking around, pool bands were not required and parking pass was not required. Just needed clearer instructions.

On the ocean at Myrtle Beach

"This Carolinan Beach Resort apartment was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in in our 10 years of Myrtle vacations. The view from the balcony was amazing, and you could even see the ocean from the dining room chairs as we ate and while sitting on the couch. It WAS slightly obstructed by the edge of the building from a full view, but my cruise-starved heart was happy. The kitchen was well appointed and well supplied with a variety of pots & pans, utensils, and dinnerware (only thing I missed was a mixer & a garbage disposal). The queen mattress and pillows were very comfy, the somewhat older tub was larger than normal, and the living room furniture looked awkward but was great to sit on. This apartment was the perfect retreat for the 2 of us at this time. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The hot tub was hot, the pools warm during our fall visit. We loved being able to exit the elevator and stroll down to the beach. We were able to walk through the neighborhood area, even walking to the local dollar general for a few necessities. We would definitely return if given the chance.

Great location but could use some work

"The vacation rental was in a great location with a great view. It was very spacious and offered everything we needed. There were a few things that could be worked on though. The condo in general smelled very musty and we found mold growing on the ceiling. Thankfully we had bleach to spray it with. The couch also had mildew spots on it. Quite a few of the electrical outlets didn't work so we were constantly looking for ones that did. The safe in the bedroom also didn't work which wad very inconvenient since we couldn't lock up our valuables. The rooms were clean and spacious and the kitchen had enough place settings for our family. The directions to get into our condo were very clear and answered all of our questions.

"Rental was everything we hoped for. Unit was clean and updated. Only downside was not being able to take advantage of the free breakfast or overflow parking since we weren’t “resort” guests. It was however very nice to just walk up and open the room without having to check in. We will def be back.

"Received email before trip that they did not provide toiletries. That was OK, we don't Use. I wish they had told me they didn't supple TOILET PAPPER, KLEENEX, TRASH BAGS, DISH SOAP, and PAPER TOWELS. I would recommend this property to friend with a list of things to bring. OH, and we were told onsite housekeepers are not allowed to furnish.

"The rental was very nice. It was just as described and the views from the balcony were awesome. The beds were a bit soft for our taste, but we made due. Great condo with few hotel issues

"Condo was great ( after you cleaned bathroom & gave proper entry code)
But, hotel needs to be a little more caring with cleanliness. The garbage in hallway & pool was not that clean a few days.
Also pot smokers in condo next to us not so pleasant when sitting on balcony

"We only had the condo code 24 hours in advance. It was stressful. When we arrived, the door code didn’t worked. We had to call to have a good one. Then the condo wasn’t ready and dirty. They have send somebody to clean it and 4 hours later we had our linnen. After that situation we had a great expérience. The bed are to small and uncunfortable. The kitchen is great but not enough equipped. The wiew is wonderful and the beach had a lot of jelyfish... watch out. T

"The condo was very nice - clean, good sized and came with most amenities we were looking for. Good value for the condo. Only cimplying is bc you’re renting through VRBO there are no bell hops or carts available to lug all your stuff upstairs. That was not courteous of the resort itself and a total pain at check in and out. So hopefully there’s enough in your party to make one trip.

"The condo was beautiful, immaculately clean, and spacious for a one bedroom unit. We enjoyed our free daily breakfast, great staff, and the beach and pool access. The owner must really pay attention to reviews because everything mentioned was taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. The living room furniture was updated since these photos and very cozy. The location was awesome, perfect for families who want it quieter than the Boardwalk area. We easily walked to great restaurants. We really liked the balcony and spent a lot of time out there! Will definitely recommend to friends and family! Best value on the beach!!!

OK Nice View

"The condo stay was average. The view is good from the 20th floor which you can see the ocean and also the city to the south. The unit needs some good clean up and bathroom updating. I think the location is a little far to the north from the action part of the beach. Overall it is a C plus. Also I need not like the( not mentioned in the booking part ) of then having to provide $35 fee as security after they had all of the unit payment .

I am sorry that you did not see the first verbiage under the About the Property topic that says: *Fees not included in your VRBO quote: You have the choice of putting a $500 sec deposit down or purchasing a $35 damage insurance policy. Once the reservation has been accepted, please email us as to whether you prefer the damage insurance or the security deposit. That is on every listing of ours as we are bound to protect the unit and contents of our owners property from accidents that happen every day. This is not included in the initial VRBO quote because VRBO will not permit us to offer this from their website. For this reason, we post it up top and it is the first thing you read about the property. Again, we are sorry you did not see that.

"The condo was clean and ready 2 hours prior to our check in time which was nice since we arrived a little early. The condo was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and the beds and linens were nice. I would definitely book through ocean breeze vacation rentals again for a future stay. We had a great time. The valet at the hotel were extreme nice and helpful!

"there were two huge cockroach looking bugs in the room when we arrived. also a pair of someone's socks from the last stay on the floor and the shower curtain looked like it had mold on it. Also being on the 20th floor with a 3 year old was frightening. we were not able to enjoy the balcony because I would not let her go out on it. The free continental breakfast was the only good thing during our stay.

Nice place, parking sucks

"The condo was nice. It would sleep 6 people and we were provided 7 towels, a couple extra would have been nice. The washer and dryer were exceptional small so it seemed like we were washing all the time. Coffee makers did not work. Parking was a pain in the ***, you had to park a block away in a garage and it was close quarters! After I booked and paid in full I got a call for another $10 because tax went up......REALLY??!! For the price we expected more.

Disappointing

"The condition of the Carolinian Resort itself is poor. Very dirty and the elevators smelled really bad it was nauseating. (The carpet was ripped out during our stay)Although the staff was very pleasant and polite, the uniforms were in poor condition.
As far as the actual unit we rented, the only thing I asked was that it was clean. It was far from clean. The toilet was NOT cleaned. There was hair and layer of dust on the toilet base and there was visable mold under the rim. The kitchen sink was undermount and there was a ring of mold around the entire sink under the countertop. The mattress in the pullout was wrapped in plastic making it impossible to sleep. The balcony is deceiving in the picture. Unable to fit 4 people on it. The door to the utility closet was covered in grimy dust. I do not believe the owner of this property has seen it in a long time.

"The location was good and we got right in upon arrival. The room was nice with a nice view ! But the cleanliness needed some work. There was a extra fee for cleaning and I think the rental property is getting ripped off and the cleaning crew are making out ! Other then that we liked it.

Weekend Getaway

"The view was wonderful and we had plenty of TVs and a full kitchen. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. Indoor lazy river was nice since the outdoors pools were too cold. Building is pretty old and furniture is hard and low quality. Not a place I would stay in longer than a few days but it met our needs. Need to include better information in the arrival document. Wish I had known the parking garage was a block away, that our unit was in the South tower (as we were tredging all over to find an elevator with 20 floors) and that the hit breakfast advertised in the elevators isn't for quests not renting directly through the Carolinian.

"This place has everything you need!!! Breakfast every morning till 10 fully stocked kitchen and clean! However, I left a pair of brand new pants in the washer called LM 2x's w/ in 2 hrs of leaving and emailed with no response...ever. Called to let them know we had to depart early due to family emergency. No answer. If you have a problems your screwed. But the place is nice it's a great location. Would I go. Ack to this one....? Maybe.

Long weekend get away

"Overall very pleased with our rental and stay. Had all the amenities we needed, condo was clean and furniture comfortable. Couple of minor things I noticed: slight "closed up" smell when we first arrived but as soon as we turned on the air went away. We didn't have enough forks (only 4) there were 5 of us. Toilet was slow to flush and on 1st day clogged didn't have a plunger but onsite maintenance showed right up to take care of. Wish there was an extra comforter for the pull out couch but there were plenty of bath towels. Staff very pleasant. I would ABSOLUTELY stay there again! Fantastic location and view

"Everything was clean and organized. The only issue I had was the amount of lint in the dryer trap obviously is not cleaned out regularly which is a serious fire issue. And one of the elevators was kinda sketchy but other than that I have no complaints!
