Condo 1042 is located DIRECT OCEAN FRONT on the 10TH FLOOR with AMAZING VIEWS OF THE BEACH AND OCEAN! Just open the sliding glass doors, sit on the balcony and relax to the comforting sounds of the beautiful sea. Featuring a COMFORTABLE KING SIZE BED, this inviting & modern condo will sleep 2 people. The kitchen area has a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, microwave and full size refrigerator.

SAND DUNES RESORT FEATURES MANY OCEAN FRONT AMENITIES! Enjoy the beach, large pool, lazy river, splash station & kiddie pool which are all located ocean front! Relax at the indoor pool or indoor jacuzzi. (NOTE: WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE SAND DUNES ONSITE RENTALS. THE WATER PARK AND FAMILY FUN ZONE LOCATED NEXT DOOR ARE PRIVATELY OWNED AND WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS.) Browse the gift shop & convenience store, Work out in the exercise room or get a manicure at the on-site salon. Try The River City Cafe, located in front of the resort, which is known for some of the best burgers on the beach!!

"Great views from the balcony, pictures match what the property looks like inside, great restaurants close to the property. We had a tiny hiccup when we arrived but the rental company was super quick especially rectify after hours. We couldn't be more satisfied.

"Our stay at Sand Dunes Ocean Breeze Resort was so amazing, we want make it a regular experience! We want to keep coming back every year at least once a year, hopefully more! The look of our room blew us away from the minute we walked in! It looked better than the picture on the website! We were impressed by the details! We did not have to pay beach chair rentals! You guys thought of including chairs and umbrella, which made it so convenient! Thanks to the details we received when booking, we were prepared having everything we needed! There were only a couple of minor things that could have been improved! Bathroom toiletries would have been appreciated! The bathroom was the only area that needed some TLC. It needed some upgrading, it showed rust, and signs of mildew and water damage! The shower curtain could be upgraded!

Overall we are very satisfied with our experience! The staff was extremely helpful! Thank you for helping us make our stay one we will remember forever!!

"Rental was nice and had everything we needed for the week. The view from the room could not be beat. One thing I have to complain about was the cleaning crew that cleaned before our arrival did a horrible job. The floor still had sand and food crumbs all over it. Other than that we loved it.

"The biggest downfall was the parking labor day weekend garage was full alot of cars that did not have room tickets hanging we balled and was told tgey have never heard of it being full so we had to pay to park off ste that weekend very disappointing when we were told we would have a site with our room mon thru friday waa good but our first Friday and Saturday we paid extra to park off site

"We vacation at Myrtle Beach every summer and sometimes a couple times annually.. This condo was exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The view is absolutely beautiful!
I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because as we made the bed upon our arrival we discovered a small not so pleasant stain on the underside of the bedspread. I would recommend that the property owners require at least periodic cleaning of the bedspread and most certainly when there is a visible stain.

Perfect for Couples

"We really enjoyed staying at this property. The room was so nice. The space was literally perfect for a couple and we were able to take advantage of being able to cook in our room. Loved being able to look out over the ocean while sitting in the recliners. One small suggestion would be to put the TV on some sort of movable hinge so you can watch it while sitting in the recliners. We will absolutely come back to this property! One more quick suggestion, don't try to run the convection oven, the electric eye stove, and the coffee maker at the same time (or at least on the same breaker). We apparently blew a fuse that was repaired quickly (although we never found out where that breaker was!).

I will make a suggestion to the owner about the tv so that our guest can relax and recline while watching TV. Sorry you had to deal with a breaker flip when you was using a lot of things at once. "My husband & I were in Myrtle Beach for a relatives wedding. This rental unit was perfect for 2 people. It was very clean. The ocean view was perfect. The amenities at the hotel were just fine. It is located in a very convenient location to go out and do different activities in Myrtle Beach. The only thing that would be a negative is that the garage fills up quickly. But you are able to use the garage at the hotel next door. Would recommend this unit and if we ever go back to Myrtle Beach, we would request this unit again.

"The company was nice enough to allow us 2 hours longer in the unit due to a late arrival. Unit was very clean and well stocked. No problems finding it or during the stay. I honestly will say this is the best room I have ever had staying in Myrtle Beach and a better room than my first Sand Dunes hotel experience. Beautiful view. I have no complaints and would definitely rent again. Only thing I suggest is an update for the bathtub. A unit this nice needs a bigger tub.

"The room was not a disappointment. It looked just like the pictures. However, the air conditioner does not cool the unit as it should. I had to buy a fan to be comfortable. I believe they are going to send someone out to look at it.

"We had a wonderful time in this condo! Oceanfront views were fantastic! The condo was very well decorated and bed was comfortable! Sitting chairs on the balcony were a plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place, Nice View, Not Quiet

"The actual unit itself is very nice. It is clean, updated, and the bed is comfortable. There is enough of a kitchen to make meals as long as you don’t need a stovetop. The view is great and the balcony is large enough for the size of the unit. The only downside is the noise from both the air conditioning and the screaming kids in the pool 10 stories below. This is not the place for you if you like complete silence. The pool is open until 11pm and then all you will hear is the air conditioner which is ok but seems louder than it should be. Perhaps a little maintenance is required. In the end,it’s a nice place if you don’t care about noise and are ok with the family aspect of the resort. The location is good if you enjoy both North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach like we do and it seems to be a bit less crowded at the beach as well retail and restaurants.
