This beautiful 2 BEDROOM - 2 BATHROOM condo is HUGE!! 1,000 SF OF DIRECT OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY ON THE 16TH FLOOR of the resort. Enjoy beautiful East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your large oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 8 people with a KING BED in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of the 2 spacious bedrooms has it's own private bathroom and flat panel TV. The LARGE KITCHEN is FULLY EQUIPPED with beautiful granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. You will also have your own PRIVATE WASHER/DRYER in the condo so that you can keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry and ready for use.

OCEANS ONE RESORT is full of FUN AMENITIES to make your vacation a memorable one. Enjoy the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the large oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. The kids will love the kiddie splash station that has an umbrella waterfall, and a sunken ship. After a fun evening out, relax in one of the resort's whirlpools while having an evening cocktail.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED in DOWNTOWN MYRTLE BEACH, Oceans One Resort is close to all downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. And at dusk, the Skywheel begins its light show. With over 1 million LED lights, the display can be seen up and down the boardwalk. Also, within steps is the 2nd Ave Pier, Restaurant and open air bar, where you can try your hand at pier fishing or just enjoy the beautiful sights. Downtown Myrtle Beach is full of excitement with tons of shops, restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance.

"The unit was fresh and clean and had plenty of room for relaxing, dining, and sleeping. It was quiet, even on the weekends. The balcony view was excellent, with the beach right outside the building. The pools and spas were nice, too. There are lots of lounge chairs and tables by the pool area. All of the appliances worked well, and there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, tumblers, and silverware. The unit showed some minor signs of wear but nothing serious, which is to be expected from a seaside resort rental unit. Nothing causing any concern; there are just some scratches and dings, but nothing serious. The building complex itself was okay. The first-floor hallway and entryways are a little ****** from heavy use, but that wasn't distracting from the overall pleasantness of the property. The elevators were a little slow and grimy, but that's to be expected considering the number of people constantly coming and going. The main parking area is across the street, with a limited circle driveway in front of the building for loading in and out. But people cooperated, and it wasn't a real problem; we just had to be patient. We would stay here again and hope to do so next year if our vacation plans allow it.

"The Rental was as described it had a great view of the ocean saw some Dalpins most days of the entire month stay. Only saw a couple of smaller boats did not know the the area was known as the grave yard of ships because of a shifting sand bar off shore.

"My husband and I were here for a Anniversary get away. Is was a perfect time of year not to crowded. Condo could use some love maybe a new vanity in the master, the washer could stand a tune up it makes loud noises while washing, the only other issue was the property itself not the condo needs some new lounge chairs and some work on the pools and hot tubs. Overall most of these things we just looked past but they do need looking into. The condo was very clean there was debris around the property I think it may have been because they were doing work on the exterior fence.Cant rate management never saw them.

"Ocean view is amazing from the room!!! And yes parking is across the street, but it not as bad as other reviews make it out to be!
Pros: there was plenty of room for everyone! The resort location was perfect, not right next to the main congested drag (boardwalk? I think) but still within walking distance of some shops and restaurants! Washer and dryer in room was very handy and allowed us to pack less. Beds were comfortable. There are plenty of pools and outdoor seating to choose from. Most essential kitchen items where available. I did have to buy 2 pizza pan to cook on and I just left them there. No need to bring a hair dryer, the ones provided were great!! And there was 2 beach chairs and 4 water boards in room to use so we didn't have to buy any or pack and bring with us...and if you don't want to use there stuff, buy it when you get there, the stores sell them super cheap and large beach umbrellas too!!
Linens dropped off were plentiful, even beach towels for 4.
No bugs of any kind, that we searched for or seen!!
Cons: You have to bring EVERYTHING toiletries wise, there was no hand soap, no dish soap, no dishwasher tablets, nothing!
The elevators stunk bad!! The room and appliences could use a definite deep clean!!! You have to make your own beds up, I saw this as good and bad...good because I know the sheets where clean and came wrapped in Saran wrap from the linens service, but bad because at the cost of the room and housekeeping charge, you shouldn't have to make your own beds and strip them when you leave!! We found others clothes and trash behind dressers and TV stands....
Be prepared, you will smell pot!!! Everywhere!!! Our neighbors on one side decided to bring a Bluetooth speaker and blast thumping rap music for hours, of course after the office staff was gone....and there was never a security guard to be found when you needed them...there was very little presence of staff other than the groundskeepers and construction crew

"My family and I enjoyed our stay here! However there were a few issues. The shower heads look rusty and not changed out in years! The jets in the master tub was rusted and did not work and the dryer made the most horrific noise when trying to dry clothes ��! So our things basically were still wet when we took them out! The fact that you have to park across the street and walk to the property was unexpected because none of that was communicated when my daughter booked the property. So the loading and unloading spot was a disaster! No extra linen for the pull out was another problem and not communicated when booking! It was only stated to bring paper goods but thank heavens we were prepared any way! Despite these minor things my family and I loved the view and the property and we will definitely stay here again soon ��! Outside of parking hopefully the other issues can be fixed due to them bring minor things

"We stayed the week of October 13th, through the 19th. Our stay was perfect. There were a couple minor things we noticed when inspecting the place, we called an informed the office and they offered to come out, on Sunday to address the issues. We declined as it wasn't going to effect our stay. The place was clean, inviting, and spacious for 7 people.

A few things to note.
-We had 7 in our party. So from previous experience, I brought a few extra pans as we did plan to do a bit of cooking. (we brought a cookie sheet, a big frying pan, and muffin pan. Could have used a dutch oven type pan but made due with using 2 smaller pans provided.) just to give you an idea
-the dryer takes about 2 hours to dry a regular load of laundry, and as of our stay, squeaked.

The Keurig was a nice touch for us since we have one at home, but they do have a regular coffee pot too.

The proximity to the boardwalk was my favorite thing about this place.

Maintenance around the grounds was lacking a little, but wasn't a big inconvenience. The staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze.

The pool area was a blast for ALL my kids, who's ages range from 4-16. The two whirlpools on the pool deck closest to the ocean didn't work the whole week we were there. the water was warm but the whirlpool wouldn't turn on. we still enjoyed it. the whirlpool worked close to the waterfall pool, but sprayed out so hard it splashed you in the face. ?

overall I would absolutely recommend ocean one, and I would very highly recommend using Ocean Breeze to book any property!!!

"The condo is clean and well kept. It is not as big as it seems online but that is fine. I would have liked to have had a few extra pillows and blankets, it is odd that there are none. My biggest issue is that the bed in the master bedroom is TERRIBLE.....I mean TERRIBLE. Not sure if I would stay here again due to how bad the bed is.

"I really enjoyed my stay in Myrtle Beach. My Vacation Rental was everything it advertised itself to be. I was very happy. I would definitely rent this location again and I would recommend it to my friends. My only complaints are that I feel the shower walls in the master bathroom could have been cleaned better, and the sheets should be white instead of cream color, it makes the room seem cleaner.

"My family and I had a great time at Oceans One. The only downside is I think something was wrong with our AC, it was hot at night. Our balcony door didn't lock, and the front door didn't have an additional deadbolt or lock. The bonus room needs some better lighting. All in all it was a great stay- good location, spacious condo, and I loved being oceanfront with 2 private balconies.

"It was very nice. The location to the beach and restaurants was great. The facilities were nicely secured. Parking, although across the street, was very accessible. The facility office was very helpful and always available. The condo was very nice with a great view right on the ocean. Slept with the patio door open every night listening to the ocean waves and woke up having coffee out there. Our party was two couples and this unit provided a bathroom for each and private sleeping since the bedrooms were on opposite ends. Enjoyed the hot tub and loved we could access the beach right from the property. Even though there was a biker event happening, we did not wait too long for elevators.

"Nicely furnished unit, but kitchen needs supplies; only had complete place settings for 3 and only ONE wine glass! Some basic info about unit and immediate area would be helpful: no directions on TV system, which is very awkward to use, nor where to dispose of garbage, let alone any extra bags. Pool area very nice, can always get a chair, but no bathroom! A book for guests to leave comments & recommendations would be nice. Overall, a very nice unit and property.

Beautiful View

"Everything was in great shape, and the view was spectacular. Loved the separate balcony in the master bedroom. The only issue we found was the fridge made an annoying noise and the wash clothes and towels weren't the best quality, but we notified the management, so hopefully that has been remedied.

"Great condo. Exactly what we were looking for. My only constructive suggestion would be more dishes, pots and pans etc. But I would still give it a 5, it's a beautiful condo.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

"AMAZING!!! Everything was great. No complaints. Clean comfy and luxurious. Parking is directly across the street. The only minor things is loading and unloading area is WAY to small. But other than that my start was great. I brought my toddler daughter and even with the all white furniture we had not hiccups LOL. Oh the cable wasn’t working when we arrived but some one from the hotel staff came to fix it in no time (even though it’s not their responsibility)

Beautiful and modern condo

"Condo was beautiful and clean. Location was great near the boardwalk. The bedrooms and baths are large. First time taking vacation in October but the area is always great rather its for fun in the sun or just there looking for real estate in the fall.
The condo is modern and well maintained.
