FOREST DUNES is CENTRALLY LOCATED within a 5 minute drive of just about anything you would want to do on the Grand Strand. It is located on the only section of beach that does not allow any buildings to be constructed on the beachfront. Although the resort is located across the street from the beach, there are no buildings between it and the beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully), a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked.

Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates.

"Amazing location and condo. The ONLY thing we didn’t like was the bed. They need a new mattress. Otherwise absolutely perfect!!! We will definitely be staying there again.

"The rental agency was always available and flexible -- I even added an additional day! It's a perfect location to watch dolphins at sunrise and midafternoon and only a few miles from the Boardwalk. The bed is comfortable and the sunsets inspiring!

The comforts of home

"This was our third trip to Forest Dunes..we loved it. One time in May the next time was this October and the time before that was December. Our unit was clean as a whistle. For the price of a hotel room you have everything you would at home.. no more sitting on the bed until you actually go to bed . Lots to do in the area parking garage 3 pool and a hot tub and the beach across the street what more could you ask for!!

Great Stay at Unit 605

"Our Unit (605) was great, clean and in good shape. We had a great stay.
Forest Dunes are keeping up with their property. Shout out to Chris (maintenance/painter/everything) for doing a great job in keeping an eye out on the never looked so good. We will stay again. We do miss not having a front desk. Having security at night is nice and helpful. Buckets is more popular than ever. The Rental Staff company was very helpful.

"Our stay at Forest Dunes was wonderful. It was our first time staying in a condo and was a bit leery but were so pleased when we arrived. The place was immaculate and so very spacious. The view was lovely from the large balcony. The fact we had the double bathrooms was a godsend. The bed was so very comfortable It was truly a home away from home and will definitely be a repeat renter. Would definitely recommend this place. Terrific pool area hot tub and across the street from the beach what morw could you ask for..

"The entry was easy with the door codes. The condo was clean and well furnished. We had what we needed to cook a few meals in. The shower is updated and spacious. The view is one of the best on the strip. The bed is very comfortable. We will stay here again.

"Our experience at Forest Dunes was excellent! Everything was as pictured and described. The location was easy to find and a short drive from any where you wanted to go. The access to the beach was amazing!! A quieter stretch than other areas, which we appreciated. The unit was exceptionally clean, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well appointed. Several beach chairs and mats were available as well. The whole building - hallways, elevators, laundry, lobby, pool, parking lot - were all well lit, clean, and in great condition. The building was quiet and felt safe; the way the units were positioned gave you a feeling of privacy with each units entrance and patio. We hope to come again!

"This place it's absolutely perfect if you are looking to get away to a quiet, beautiful, residential area. The condo is steps away from the ocean. The view is spectacular and the sunrises are stunning! There is a sidewalk along the beach with exercise equipment for all to enjoy.
The condo was immaculate when we arrived, and Ocean Breeze Management company was very helpful. Check-in was easy!!

Amazing Condo!

"This condo is amazing! It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need: pots, pans, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, etc. The king-sized bed is extremely comfy and the blackout curtains (new since last time we were here) are a great addition.
The elevators are new and the lobby has been updated and it is beautiful!
Check-in was super easy and we can’t say enough about the friendly staff at Ocean Breeze Beach Vacations! They are there if you need anything. We highly recommend staying here. ��

"My husband and I vacation in Myrtle Beach every Sept. We prefer staying central to the airport , attractions and restaurants but not in the midst of the chaos of high rises in downtown. Forest Dunes is on a quiet stretch yet still convenient to everything. This condo was well maintained, clean and comfortable. I learned my lesson booking through the condo website- it’s a crapshoot where you end up and some of the condos in Forest Dunes are dirty, outdated, and leave much yo be desired. This condo is as advertised and well kept. Pool, lazy River and hot tub cleaned daily. The only suggestion I can make yo enhance the experience would be that a few more towels and a bath mat in the linen package would be appreciated. Definitely will return.

"Loved Forest Dunes unit #605, it was amazing, super clean and we were only steps to the ocean. We loved our stay and everyone was so friendly. We were close enough to the action if that is what you're looking for, it's just few miles down Ocean Blvd. The condo location is quiet and exactly what we were looking for!! Forest Dunes is a great place for families too with the pool and hot tub amenities.We will definitely be coming back!!

"We had a wonderful 6 weeks in this lovely ocean-side condo! The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable and "at home". The mattress was perfect and we slept better than had in weeks! There is a new updated shower that worked wonderfully. The resort has upgraded the lobby, gotten new pool furniture, gotten a new pool security system, and remodeled the pool bathrooms since we were there last time. It looks absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend unit 605. We WILL be back!!

"The unit was cozy and clean and just as pictured in VRBO. It was everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. We were worried that noise from other guests might be a problem, but other than the ocean and a little street noise, there wasn’t a sound after about 10 PM.

We were very happy with the experience.

"Cleanses of the condo was very good .we had a great time . Nice updates in the kitchen. Only problem was a very uncomfortable pull out bed in the living room ( mattress was very tin and worn out) . The other king bed was perfect.

A home away from home

"This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and more. It was very clean, the location was perfect (it's in a very quiet area of the beach) and everything that we needed such as a full kitchen, beach chairs and a good Wi-fi were included.
The only small drawback was that one of the elevators was broken therefore we had to wait a bit longer than usual but it wasn't too bad.
We recommend this unit to future vacationers.

"It was great. Really close to the beach. Really close to Broadway. Not that far from the boardwalk either. My only complaint is the ac went out while we were there. Maintenance wasn't much help. I ended up getting it working again by resetting it after turning it off for about 10 minutes.
