SEA WATCH RESORT consists of 2 beautiful towers located directly on the beach nestled conveniently between the city of Myrtle Beach and the city of North Myrtle Beach

SEA WATCH AMENITIES:
6 pools at the towers. In the cooler off season, 2 of the pools are covered and heated.
2 Lazy Rivers
10 hot tubs in various areas on the property, 2 of them are covered and heated in the cooler off season.
Fire Pit area
Loggerhead Beach playground which has slides, a mini rock wall, table tennis, picnic tables and chairs (located behind South Tower parking garage).

2 restaurants (Captain’s Cove / Captain’s Nook)

Myrtle Beach is the heart and most popular seaside attraction along South Carolina’s 60- mile coastal strip known as the Grand Strand. Enjoy the Myrtle Beach area which features numerous chain and local restaurants, golf courses, shopping and attractions within minutes!

BEACH HIGHLIGHTS:
This seaside haven has been luring visitors with its gorgeous sandy stretch and sparkling warm water. What’s more, it offers a wide array of entertainment and water sports, including parasailing and surfing.

Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on property from May 1-August 31.
Security deposit of $200.00 is required prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully), a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked.

Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates

"We enjoyed our condo stay, very much. We had a "cousin catch-up" at the campground next door. The two of us who DO NOT camp, enjoyed the luxuries that came with our unit! It was the perfect size and was VERY clean and comfortable. We had an awesome few days! Thank you so much for sharing your accomodations.

"We had a nice stay. We particularly enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean and often had coffee in the mornings and lunch at noon, although I did buy a small table so we could do that as there are only 4 chairs on the balcony. The tower is clean and the people who work there are very courteous. Disposal of trash is made very easy with the chute and parking was easy and always available.

Nice Beachfront Condo for price!

"The resort was nice. Vending machine however was broken and restaurant only open until 2:30. Tiki bar has some food options after 3 but minimal. Pools were nice. Easy to access the beach. However need to rent chairs if needed so suggest buy own as it’s $50 a day for 2. Friendly staff. Only thing renting from owner through VRBO is need to bring own paper products, this was a bit annoying as had to pack these. Definitely get a rental car as attractions are not within walking distance. Unit was clean but a bit outdated.

"The view from the 11th floor was great. The best thing for me was something ordinary: the shower head. :) The amenities at the resort were perfect for a 12 yr old girl and access to events and shopping nearby made the trip quite easy and enjoyable. There was nothing negative to report from us. Please note though, that the recliner covering has started to peel off even though none of us use it. Other than that, we would love to come back asap.

Great stay

"Great place to stay for a short trip! It was only my husband and me and it was perfect for us. I wouldn’t stay with more than 2 people, it would likely be too small. The condo was VERY clean and the view was great. The check in and check out process was easy. The only issues were the light in the kitchen didn’t work sometimes and the freezer door doesn’t always stay shut. Overall, would stay again!

"Overall we had a good experience with this rental. Really no complaints. We were a little skeptical after reading the most recent review, after we had already booked our trip. But we had no issues. The condo was clean, and the kitchen had sufficient cookware. It may be helpful if there was a list of "tips for renters" that included things like you can rent umbrellas on the beach, or there are activities at the resort and you get a list at...But overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay with an oceanfront view for a great price!

Worlds archery trip.

"We will definitely be back again. We came here for our sons archery competition. This was our kids first time to the beach and it definitely did not disappoint. Everyone was extremely kind and generous. Fun games at the pool music and very clean.

"First time at this resort and didn't know what to expect but everything was as described. Ocean front so view from balcony was awesome! Plenty of outdoor seating and had activities/music scattered throughout the day. The only negative was the large main pool was closed for the first 3 days but there were numerous hot tubs and 3 other pools to choose from. Everything outside and condo was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

"Awesome water see through excellent dj keroke entertainment breakfast, wraps great restaurants nearby affordable and great my only complaint I arrived at 10 am and their was no accommodations to hold luggage and use facilities we had to wait till 4 pm to check in and use facilities.

Nice Place, Great Location

"This is the first time we rented a condo; normally we stay in hotels. First, this place has GREAT amenities! Lots of pools, hot tubs, bar and food at poolside. Security is abundant, as well. Our room was clean - just small. It did sleep 4, but it was a bit tight. However, it was nothing that would prevent another stay. We just didn't like the fact that we could not park, use pools or anything until 4pm day of check-in. Even if you arrive early you should be able to park and use amenities until your room is ready. Also, at 4pm when everyone could get into their room, the elevators were a nightmare. Otherwise, elevators didn't take long. Great views from room. We would stay in this property again. Management staff was very nice.
