Enjoy your vacation at this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second row condo in the Ocean Drive Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. Waipani Village is just a short walk to the ocean front and minutes from Main street. There is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN that is supplied with everything you would need for those days when you just want to relax and dine in. This unit has recently been upgraded with brand new beds in each room. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit, including the balcony! For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a WASHER/DRYER to help keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use at the beach.

Nearby, you will find bike, golf cart, moped rentals, plus a miniature golf course and several gift shops. When you want to venture out a little, highway 17 is full of restaurants, shops and miniature golf.

You can ENJOY THE BEACH or THE NORTH MYRTLE BEACH/MYRTLE BEACH AREA featuring numerous CHAIN & LOCAL RESTAURANTS, GOLF COURSES, SHOPPING and ATTRACTIONS which are within minutes! Take in an unforgettable show at Pirates Voyage or take a ride on the Pirate Ship, The MB Sky Wheel or go dolphin watching on The Sea Screamer!

BAREFOOT LANDING, a 15 minute drive away, is right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Explore casual restaurants like Lucy Buffett's Lulu's to Greg Norman's fine dining, souvenir shopping to high end purchases, entertainment, attractions, free events and rides for the children. ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.st be approved and arranged at the time of booking.
