This one bedroom 12th floor condo is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED approximately 20 blocks south of the downtown area of Myrtle Beach and 1.8 miles to the Myrtle Beach Airport.

Enjoy beautiful East Coast sunrises right from your OCEAN VIEW BALCONY or just relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean and let the tranquil breeze relax you. This condo will sleep up to 5 people with a KING BED in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with everything you would need for dining in on those days when you just want to relax at the beach.

"The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It does sleep more but it was comfortable for the 2 of us. It was very clean and cozy. We loved being at the end of the hall. The resort was very nice. We loved the pools and tiki bar.

"ALL OUR NEEDS WERE MET, AND OUR EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND FULLY STOCKED FOR OUR STAY. AMENITIES ARE CLEAN, PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY, WE HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS HAVING ONE KEY CARD, WHICH WAS DO-ABLE BUT A LITTLE INCONVENIENT. WOULD DEFINATELY BOOK AGAIN!

"We had zero problems. Rental was clean and any questions I did have were answered promptly! The pools were nice, the pool bar was fantastic! The Italian restaurant on-site was delicious. We had friends at other resorts (that were much more expensive) and they all had huge issues. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

"My wife and I truly enjoyed ourselves for our four days in Myrtle Beach. The location and beach were simply amazing. The food scene is the really good. Although we were there in August this seemed like a new destination staying in the south side of the beach. See you all in 2023.

"The property looked exactly like the pics. Updated and cute decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. "This is the second time staying at this condo. We like this condo with the view of the ocean. It comes with beach chairs and beach toys. It's cozy and comfortable. We have no problems with the condo itself. What we did have a problem with is the management company. The key card did not work when we got there. They didn't get a replacement out to us for over 24 hours and then that one only worked for less then a day. They never showed up to replace it. So we spent the week not being able to get into the parking garage and into the side doors of the complex. Very inconvenient. I would like to stay again next year but hopefully not have this same issue.

"from the first look all the way to when we had to leave, this place was exceptional. we found it to be very clean and very comfortable. our only regret is that we were not facing the beach directly. We had a nice ocean view, but the room was on the side of the building not facing the beach.

"The condo was exactly as expected. It was cozy and well equipped. I found it to be clean and the linens were all sanitized and wrapped. The amount of towels and sheets provided was abundant. I read the house description prior to booking so I knew to bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and pods. We loved the balcony and the view. Only one pool was open and it’s across the street but it did it’s job. Would definitely recommend this rental. It’s not fussy. I personally don’t need fancy at the beach.

"Before our arrival we was told the pools at the main condo was open and they wasn’t, the parking was a inconvenience we wasn’t told there was a parking garage you had to walk to and back across the street. Elevator broke down right as we got off it the day of our arrival thank goodness me and my kids wasn’t on it when it broke down. The room overall was very clean and updated we enjoyed our time at the beach and made the best of it.

I do understand that you may have not seen that although it was posted. We are not related to the resort itself, however, I will pass your thoughts and concerns about the elevator and construction onto the HOA team at the Blue Water Resort. We are happy that we were able to accommodate you to another property location, but sorry anyhow about the construction. We appreciate all our guests and we hope that you will stay will us again on your next trip to the sea.

"Our goal was to stay by the ocean and relax. We had two 20 year olds with us , so being right there was perfect. Condo was the right size for the 4 of us. Very clean and accommodations were more than enough.

Aging, but Nice Resort

"We really enjoyed our stay in unit 1210. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had a nice view of the beach. The elevator is very close to the room. The resort is aging, but it has been maintained well. All of the public areas were clean, and they had several days of entertainment on the pool deck. The location of the resort was great and easy to get in and out of. The parking garage was a lengthy walk from the resort, but it was not bad. The beach was nice and was not overly crowded, and the water was beautiful. The only problem that I had with the unit was the lack of dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. We had to go and get those items after a long day of travel. We would have brought them with us had we known. The unit was smaller than what we are used to, but it worked for our family of four (kids 6&8 slept on pull out sofa). We will definitely consider this property again!

The resort has been in business for a long time and i'm sure they feel its time for remodel, Glad that everything was so close and you was able to get to it quickly, I know that the parking is a little far from the resort but with all the people that come and go there would not be room to have it so close, Other than that I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay and I'm sorry you was Mis informed about that toiletries. When we send check in information we make sure that we put in the email that we do not provide these things so our guest will know to make sure and bring them. I will make sure that this is fixed so that there is no more issues with those things. I'm glad that you was able to make this your little mini home for your vacation, and hope to see you again next trip and for many more after :)

"I have been to Myrtle Beach many times but never have I stayed in this particular resort. Our stay was amazing! The room was clean and had everything you needed for a stay away from home. The only downside was the pull out couch and chair. They weren't very comfortable. The King size bed was a dream. All of the staff was very friendly and the restaurant in the resort was amazing! I love hot tubs and was surprised to find that there were two on the property. It is located in the perfect spot on Ocean Blvd. I would absolutely recommend this resort.

"We had a great stay. The room was clean, large enough, and had some extras (beach chairs, toys etc) that were a nice addition. The beach was nice. The pools were in great locations too. The only downside was there weren’t beach towels by the pool. We didn’t know that our we would have brought our own.

Clean but spend your money elsewhere.

"The condo was clean. It was small, but worked okay for our family. Showers were hot. Heated pools were great for cruddy weather days. The bad: Owner had terrible communication. We were never left a key card which was the only way to gain access to pools, the parking ramp, and most importantly the front door of the complex ( which locked at 6:00pm and were never notified. Thankfully an elderly couple let us in, or we would have been sleeping in our car the first night.) Because we did not have the correct card to get into the parking ramp ( nor were we notified that the parking ramp entrance was so short that our cartop carrier would not clear the top of the ramp and I drive a little Mazda 5... so if you plan to use a car top carrier or larger vehicle, be prepared ). The security guard was so kind and allowed us to park our car outside of the ramp for the first night. If it wasn't for security doing hourly rounds of the property, I would not trust my car to be parked in the neighborhood where the parking ramp is located ( across and behind the actual complex ). When owner advertises that the condo sleeps 5, this is false advertising. Apparently the pull out chair is counted as a bed, but upon pulling it out, it was nothing but springs. I felt horrible putting my 5yr old on it and had to lay several blankets over it to get it remotely soft to sleep on. I emailed the owner several times and still have yet to hear from her ( its been a week and 2 days. ). We were told to report any broken items, which we did and notified about the pullout mattress, still no response. It took the management 5hrs the following day, to FINALLY bring up our key card so we could actually swim. I told management to have them put the key card at the front desk because we were sick of waiting. The man entered our condo instead, using the door code, without our permission, with our purses and belongings sitting out, and put the key card on the table. Lots of construction all around building.

Key cards were in the process of being made, because they have to be ordered, they took a bit longer than expected so we do truly apologize. The card is helpful but not completely necessary. The parking garages is accessible by code and the doors can be opened by the front of house staff by ringing the door. The pool can also be accessed by the side door without the card. We are happy to report that were were able to supply you with a card and now all units are stocked with new key cards. I would like to investigate the issues you reported in your email. Upon searching for this email, I can see it was not received. We would like to make the situation right if you would please forward the email you sent regarding the issues we will be happy to revisit this for you. Bluewater Resort

"Some positives and negatives. Positives were the condo is situated nicely right on the beach. The condo itself was decorated very nicely and perfect for a family of four. Myrtle Beach was wanderful with tons to do. Negatives.. The condo did have a musty smell to it which we related to the air condition units. Parking was across the street in a parking garage which became full real fast. My biggest complaint was the third party management company Ocean Breeze, I had several qustions prior to arriving regarding our stay and how to get in and out of the condo and they never got back to me until the morning of our arrival. I was told the condo was no smoking however our neighbors beside us and below us smoked so we were unable to sit outside on our balcony and enjoy like we would have. We still had a great time and will be back but probably not with Bluewater resort.

Great Trip

"Bluewater 1210 was perfect for our small family! The view was amazing, although I am not a fan of heights. The pools were clean, you are a stone's throw from the beach, and the room was well equipped. We had one minor issue with the breaker being overloaded but Ocean Breeze was there to fix it in a jiffy. We were very pleased with Bluewater 1210 and had a fantastic vacaction.

"The condo was well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen stuff. It was nicely and thoughtfully furnished and clean. "Upon arrival the property seemed clean but a little dated. After clearing up a minor mishap (probably my fault) the check in was quick and easy. The 1 bedroom condo was decorated nicely and the perfect size for my wife and myself. The balcony was a little small but provided great views of the beach and the community of Myrtle Beach. Everything in the condo worked well and was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, just wish the weather could have been a little nicer.

"Husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay during fall bike rally. Condo was very clean, well appointed with everything we needed, beautifully decorated with beach theme. Balcony gave an ocean view as well as a view of Ocean Blvd in case you like to watch the car and foot traffic go by. Only negative was the key card, wish we had 2 cards as my husband had his motorcycle and I had a car.

"We would stay in this room again. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach. Walk out the resort doors downstairs and walk right out onto the beach. Nice view from deck. Beautiful sunrise view!!! It was just my husband and I though. More than 2 people would be a little crowded. It is a small place. Perfect for a couple! :) Instructions to access the room were easy. No problems getting in. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

"Our family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend. Finding the room was a bit confusing because there are specific elevators that go to the 12th floor. The main entrance does not indicate this, but one of the maintenance workers pointed it out to us. The unit is lovely and well appointed. We loved the two pullout couch/chair. The Mattresses were uncomfortable but pull outs usually are. The master bed was Huge and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels for all of us. Great view from balcony. It was nice that there were a few beach chairs, unfortunately we didn't spend much time there so we didnt get to use them. The unit is in a great location,close to sights and restaurants. The Airport is 10 Minutes away. We liked Broadway at the Beach but needed more time to see it all We would definitely stay here again.

"My family of four stayed in this condo last week. It was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, a good amount of space and the view to the ocean or up the boardwalk was nice. The resort itself is a bit outdated and needs a good fixing up (paint, cleaning of baseboards, etc) but overall it was nice. The location is amazing as your right on the beach. They had a variety of pools to use and it seemed they were never busy which was nice with two little kids. The only issue we had was troubles with our lockbox for the key which was frustrating. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

"our condo was spotlessly clean and so was the entire resort. The other guests were friendly. When we had a question the maintenance staff was prior helping us. What a treat to be right on the beach for daily walks. The heted inside and outside pools, not to mention the spa, were delightful. We recommend this spot for any vacation.

"We had a great time on vacation. It was just my husband and I so the condo had plenty of space for the two of us. It was clean, and very well maintained. The owners did a wonderful job of remodeling. It was also stocked with everything you needed for vacation...from kitchen utensils and appliances to beach chairs and boogie boards!

The resort itself was just OK. It wasn't in the best condition, the grill/bar outside never opened during the 5 days we were there. The staff were friendly and helpful so that was a plus!

The area had so much to do and see, aside from the beach. We explored the boardwalk, Broadway at the beach, and murelles inlet. Another thing to note about the area, we did not have a rental car and relied on Uber the entire trip, Uber was awesome! there was always a driver close by for us, highly recommend using them if you prefer not to rent a car.

Overall we had a great time and relaxing vacation! Thanks for hosting us!

"We stayed from Jan thru March. Even tho it was an unusually cold stay, there was so much to do. Our unit was very clean, modern, comfortable and aesthetically lovely. We had everything we needed to "make it home" for a few months. Great "winter" people to socialize with, pools and other amenities were always clean and warm. Lots to do in the area, even tho and t ead Off-season. Definitely want to return next year.

"We had such a great time on our family vacation!!!This was the first time we had ever been to SC and I was very excited to see all the things we could do there. We found sharks teeth right on the beach and it was beautiful right outside your door! We enjoyed all the amenities the property had to offer my kids (6)(19) enjoyed all the pools in the area and the little bar downstairs was a great addition. The condo was beautiful and very family friendly we all had a great time and meant some nice people there we also went to the Board Walk at the Beach and also Alligator Adventure!!! LOVED IT!!We would love to go back in the future! Beautiful View and very comfortable!
