Besides the fantastic food, one of the main things we love about this spot is its commitment to sustainability. They do their best to source all their food from local fishermen who don’t partake in overfishing.
You’ll find a wide variety of seafood dishes on their menu that will surely please everyone you’re dining with. Some of our favorites you might want to try when you visit are their she-crab soup, the citrus-rubbed tuna, or whatever their fresh catch of the day is.
If you happen to be dining with people who aren’t huge seafood fans, they have an excellent selection of other protein and vegetarian dishes, too.
Captain George’s Seafood Restaurant

It’s the perfect lunch spot or when you want something a little lighter for dinner. As the name suggests, this restaurant is famous for its crab cakes, grilled cheese, and soups. They have over ten grilled cheese recipes that are worth trying. While all of them are delicious, the fried green tomato and pimento grilled cheese and the crab melt are the best.
